I work with some great fellow employees.

Cons

Some of the new leadership are very difficult to work with and inconsistent with the way they apply resort policies. There is a lot of favoritism from certain leaders.

I have worked at Sugar Bowl for close to a decade. My executive is patient and promotes growth within the company

Cons

I have seen many changes, mostly not to the benefit of the employee. It feels like a job now, not part of a family as it used to. The CEO does not seem to care about the employees
