Challenging workload and diverse workforce. A lot of talented employees. Good pay while it lasts. They get rid of anyone who challenges their old school thinking and methods.

Cons

No work life balance. Senior management is clueless as to who the real contributors are. Lots of nepitism. No documented work or job descriptions. Work you every day. Very hostile environment. They do not like honest feedback.
