Sugar Foods really values each and every employee. I’ve been working for the company for years (a little over 2 years as a QA tech) in several different positions and I can honestly say that it doesn’t matter what role you have, they treat you with respect.

Cons

The company’s benefits are on the expensive side.

Sugar Foods isn’t going anywhere which means as long you do your job well, you’ve got guaranteed job security. In this economy, that’s what matters most to me.

Cons

There’s some things here and there but nothing bad enough to make me even consider leaving.
