I don’t remember the last time I felt this excited to be starting a new job! I’m loving every second of it and I feel genuinely hopeful for my future career at this company.

Pros

In my time with the company the one thing that stood out to me more than anything was how strong and capable the leadership team was. They weathered every crisis with a level of calm I’ve never once been able to achieve. They don’t panic, and that made it easy for the rest of us not to either. They’re the “man with a plan” and you can always depend on them to have the answers.

Cons

I learned a lot in my time with the company but long-term I wanted something with more growth opportunities.
