Pros

Working at Sugar Foods you get lots of paid days off, and the benefits aren't bad either.

Cons

This company lacks structure!Managers don't listen to you, and you will be thrown under the bus for things that aren't your fault. During your interview they call the company a "family" but a family doesn't treat people that way. I would not recommend this company. I had the option to work for someone else, and I wish I would have.
