It's a shame the company was shut down in the bay area. It was a great place to work with a lot of great people. You're treated like an adult. Employees can use their phones and the internet, but are trusted that they will complete their work and not slack. The trust is always rewarded with happy, hard-working employees. If you were a little late back from lunch if you went out to grab food, you were never hassled. Salary pay and no having to clock in/out. These people trusted their employees, and this trust was never taken advantage of. The happiest bunch of folks. I don' think I'll ever have a job quite like it again.
