- Management strives for world class organization through best practices - We have values team to measure and improve ourselves - Mature and experienced team throughout. People are willing to help you succeed. - Metrics and data driven development is organically grown, not an afterthought. - Agility, accountability and continuous improvement is actively sought for in all areas (technology, process, people, business) - Great work-life balance. A lot of other places talk about work-life balance but not many can do it in practice while successful. This place takes this serious through process, technology and planning

Cons

- Wish there were more restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance although there is on site cafeteria and fully stocked kitchen.
