SullivanCotter has been a great place to work. It's small enough that you feel like your individual contributions matter, but large enough to have good internal infrastructure and be a key player in the market. The pay is competitive, the benefits are truly outstanding. Leadership is trustworthy and growth minded. Highly recommend.

Cons

Employees are spread out across the country. To work here, you have to be comfortable collaborating virtually.

I consider myself extremely lucky to work for this company. Great pay and benefits. Very effective leadership, and the company is growing fast, which provides great career opportunities. Love working for a company with such a great reputation in the industry, as well.

Cons

Our offices are spread out throughout the US. I consider a lot of my coworkers to be friends, and I don't get to see them as much as I would like to.
