If you are a junior applicant , there is certainly a lot for you to learn and earn. Wide exposure to technologies, good leaders and friendly environment. Lot of projects to work upon. Good yearly appraisals based on performance. Also, as associated with Art of Living organisation, get to do meditation and kriyas which is again beneficial.

Cons

Of course for beginners salary is low, but appraisals are decent based on performance. Office is far from city, but can be overlooked considering peaceful and traffic free environment.
