Team leads and manager are very helping

Full of politics,the sinior never support u , they PLAY GAME ,they target perticular junior and makes them fire without helping them as team member ,no support ,no helps , junior has to struggle alone as the sinior have whole project in hand and the junior has to face issue ,no helps from sinior , in the end has to lose the job!!

- Very Challenging Projects - Good Support from Management on Projects - Flexible Timing - Flexible work from home facilities given to employees - Constant efforts from Management to keep the employees busy or in case of free time, opportunity for learning is given. - Dealing employees in a Fair manner

Cons

Location of Office. There is no other disadvantage I can think of. In fact if employees give 100%, there is ample opportunity for individuals to grow to greater heights...
