- Very Challenging Projects - Good Support from Management on Projects - Flexible Timing - Flexible work from home facilities given to employees - Constant efforts from Management to keep the employees busy or in case of free time, opportunity for learning is given. - Dealing employees in a Fair manner

Cons

Location of Office. There is no other disadvantage I can think of. In fact if employees give 100%, there is ample opportunity for individuals to grow to greater heights...

Pros

Its like any other IT company with a passion to grow, but commitment to contribute the entire profit to various social projects. Its a place of positive environment, where a perfect balance of work and peaceful dynamism can co exist. In the last year, it has posted very good numbers and there is a lot of exciting products that are getting built with the inflow from services. I am sure there is an exciting time ahead for Sumeru in the coming years.

Cons

If you are new to the environment of non aggressive progression, initially it may look non professional, but its just a different culture, matter of getting used to it.
