Pros

1. Relaxing Atmosphere due to the location 2. You get decent time to self-learn new things, company barely supports you on your endeavors or suggestions 3. If you are a fresher or desperate for a job and are okay with very less salary, a great place to join 4. If you are a tamilian, you'll feel at home 5. If you are an Art of Living or Guruji (Ravishankar) devotee, you'll feel at home

Cons

1. Part of the Art of Living Organization, which means that every technical discussion would have team members talking about spirituality, meditation and art of living courses. The meeting agenda quickly deviates, which results in postponed dead lines and unresolved issues 2. Largely a tamil speaking population within the company, again due to the link with Art of Living Organization. There is always a culture gap and narrow mindedness involved due to that. 3. Salary hikes are a joke, the reason given by the management usually is that the profits are provided to govt. schools and the poor through Art of Living 4. Suggestions to improve the comfort and happiness of employees are not welcomed since the company's only goal is to churn money for Art of Living 5. One of the office's is located in outskirts of Bangalore near Art of Living, unless you move to that part of Bangalore, it would be a very tiring commute 6. Sathvik Food (no onions, no garlic, no masalas, no chilli powder, no non-veg) which arrives from the ashram 7. Company survives only for Art of Living, since it is a part of Art of Living. Only the Brand changed
