Resonable office space, blue collar humor

Cons

Extreme corner cutting culture and bad IT security practices, poorly managed aquasitions and projects. Management and senior management have no respect for IT and consciously impede its success in order to push MSP driven IT. Extremely poor work life balance.

While the company is large, it has that small company feel, in a good way. Employees are and feel like an integral part of the operation. Everyone has a voice and employees opinions are considered in the daily operations of the company. The leadership is one of a kind and

Cons

No complaints to speak of . The company is genuinely led from the top by great people, who in turn, employ great people. Just an overall great place to work, surrounded by amazing people.

Great pay structure, great benefit program, plenty of work, aggressive investors/CEO to expand the company's presence nationwide, opportunities.

Cons

Too many non revenue producing positions, high level of turnover, lack of meaningful training, they let mediocre techs train, so they have more mediocrity, don't care about work life balance unless your in management, it's all about the benjamins.
