      Pros

      Summit companies is growing rapidly which means lots of new opportunities! I have worked here for 8 months and have been able to take on a lot of different and challenging projects in that short span of time. Summit plans events every couple of months to show their appreciation for their employees, there have even been some fun events planned outside of work too!

      Pros

      The company is growing organically and through M&A, which means there is room for professional growth as new leadership positions are added. Open floor plan fosters a ton of collaboration between departments, and it is clear that employees are getting to know each other and building friendships. There is a great balance of hard work, collaboration, and relationship building. There is a friendly atmosphere that is evidenced by people from different departments going on walks together, eating lunch together, or playing a game of foosball.

      Cons

      If you are someone who is overwhelmed by rapid growth and change, then Summit is not for you.

      Pros

      Summit Companies is a fast-paced environment that expects people to work hard AND encourages fun. Since starting here a few months ago, I've been exposed to a culture that promotes respect, accountability and teamwork.

      Cons

      You have to be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment, which requires adaptability and flexibility all while multi-tasking.
