      I met some really nice interesting people The benefits are good as well not much else.

      Cons

      I wasn't able to do my job effectively due to access not allowed to me in the SAP system even though I notified them I knew more. Because of my job title I wasn't given access because to grant more access meant a change in my title which meant more money. I didn't care about I just wanted to do my job without having to go to others. My direct branch manager was the worst! He knew nothing about the material we sold he only knew people and how to talk. This was the worst experience of my career

      Upper Management is the Problem

      Great customers and employees at the local service centers.

      Cons

      Upper management including the CEO are forcing the company in a bad direction. They do not focus on the major sales obstacles of low inventory levels and poor systems and policies. Morale is generally low after years of mismanagement by upper management. Too many tenured Summit employees have been fired or have left.
