      This past 5 months I've really seen a lot of good changes and I'm very excited to be working at Summit. I've learned communication is key if you wish to grow in the company. I absolutely love the work I do and the people I work with.

      Cons

      As with lots of companies, there is a lot of gossip. We've always had a heavy workload, but with 2020 and some changes we had to make, the workload can be a little extreme at times.
