Pros
Great people. Fun place to work. They are invested in employees and set you up for success via initial and ongoing training. Health insurance coverage & accruing paid vacation starts only 90 days after hire date, much sooner than some other jobs I have had. Relaxed and fun work environment - can wear jeans to work everyday!
Cons
As an inside sales person - having to work the counter one Saturday every 6 weeks isn't fun, but it's only a short 4 hour shift in the morning so it's not really too bad. You also have to have the emergency pager and be on-call 24/7 for one full week about once every 2 - 3 months. Both rotate between a lot of people so working Saturday's & having the emergency pager do not happen to you that often and aren't that bad - was hard to think of cons of working here!
