Incompetent management - dismissive of concerns, unable to take accountability for mistakes or receive feedback without defensiveness and dismissal. Value as a provider is solely based on productivity and contributing to profit of the company. Offers are full of smoke & mirrors, and don't follow through on promises. Management will explain # of vacancies due to growing population in central oregon, which is only partially true, unable to recognize that many leave due to management. They'll tell you turnover is due to people moving away but that's mostly due to the non-compete in place. Proceed with caution...

The departments are poorly ran and the turnover is so high that it creates a lot of confusion and scheduling problems for patients. Most employees I personally worked with did very little work.
