Pros

Very busy, everyday is a full schedule with 15 minutes appointments bringing patients in and out constantly. Great coworkers, doctors and atmosphere/vibe.

Cons

Constantly change, hard to keep up. Good pay if you’re independent with no children or spouse. Raises only increases by cents.. If asked for a raise, you’ll get declined, always.

Pros

I used to enjoy working there and have great memories

Cons

The company basically changed names many times over the period of 2018 and 2022. This was bad for all parties except the executives. The providers and supporting staff, the people that actually do the work became neglected. Less pay and raises, that means hiring staff is pretty lax and staff quality is not great. We are not treated well by management and even the doctors feel that way. Sadly, it is a trickle down effect to the patients. Additionally, you only get a 2-3% raise yearly(if you are lucky).. So, not sure if that is a raise or a cost of living increase.
