Pros

Easy job, not difficult to become acclimated

Cons

management isn't on your side. HR is difficult to communicate with. Pay rates are very low and no avenues to increase hourly rate

Pros

Convenient location on Westchester Ave, nursing staff is kind and competent, front desk team leads are great

Cons

Management issues the entire time I was there, run like a high school, no room for growth, entitled patients

Pros

room for growth if desired, health insurance is good, many locations to transfer to if you want to. Work/life balance is what you make it. PTO is accrued, and in addition you receive two 8 hour volunteer days and two 8 hour "holiday" days which are days off of your choosing.

Cons

pay is 3-4 dollars less an hour than Atlantic which is one of the reasons why there is a high turnover rate vs previous years. patient service is not just about customer service anymore but about meeting quality metrics, which adds stress in an already stressful environment.
