Used to be a good company

Cons

Toxic work environment, nepotism & discrimination that is pushed under the rug. Mergers & aquisitions nightmare. Poor patient care, time alloted for appointments, etc. Corporate made bad money decisions so they took away 401k, benefits are trash, can’t get an appointment to see any of the doctors. For profit, so squeezing out profit at EVERY turn.

Lots of locations and flexible daytime hours! Employees and doctors are very nice in my experience

Cons

No 401k match, no bonuses, low pay and management does not value their employees. They don’t care if you walk out the door
