Pros

Most employees are nice to work with.

Cons

High level of favoritism within management. Messaging is that the company is a family, however, decisions always come down to dollars and the dollars always win over people. No paid family leave. Not a long-term employment option, seek opportunities elsewhere.

Pros

Team oriented. Location is nice. Parking is free. They offer some perks as a company.

Cons

Paper charting is cumbersome and poorly executed. No centralized MAR. Lots of transcription from paper to paper creating room for error. Not competitive in pay.
