Pros

Stop working your tail off in the hospital with zero appreciation and having to be away from your family on weekends/holidays and come work at summit! I recommend it to all my nurse friends because of the great atmosphere, awesome coworkers, perfect schedule, and the manageable patient loads. The physicians are all extremely kind and make the nurses feel like a valuable member of the team. They pay in line with mna pay scale so there is no reason to not work here instead of the hospital.

Cons

There are no cons to working here.

Pros

$200 bonus for Christmas and 401K.

Cons

Underpaid and expected to be a receptionist and a scheduler even though schedulers are supposed to have a higher salary. Management does not know the job and is constantly at different locations putting out fires. Training does not prepare you for job, Reactive rather than Proactive company. Physican Assistants are not on the same page. Ortho Quick is a nightmare and the people working after 5:00pm are on their own while daily staff goes home at 5:00pm.
