Pros

Pay was good, vacation times was good, steady work always had new product coming in.

Cons

Management was horrible. Treated everyone like robots if you could not hit rate in two days which most could not they would get rid of you. Turn over was about 65% on floor and in office.

Pros

Stable company, if you're looking to stay at a place for 30 years and retire...summit will do that for you.

Cons

- Very Old Company structure - Not tailored to recruit younger employees - Super cheap (the solution will work for now, but you'll have more headache in the long run) - Low ball , underaverage salary - Upper Management is isolated from plant engineers - Office has no natural light - Pay for coffee - No flex work, no work from home, come to the office, do your "9" hours and go home, simple.
