Pros

Good benefits (401k, health, dental, vision). Pay is average. Place is pretty clean and organized. Hourly and supervisors are pretty friendly.

Cons

Very toxic upper management. No direction as a company. Accountability has gone to the way side. Used to be very disciplined and by the book, now a blind eye gets turned way too many times.
