Upper management lacks leadership skills so they rely on verbal abuse and threats of termination frequently. They are also incredibly cheap. They don't give cost of living adjustments. They have multiple lawsuits against them. Just google Summit Therapeutics lawsuit and take your pick. If you like getting yelled at by cheap people this would be a good fit.

Management has no clue which direction they are going. They might come across as mighty investors but they have no clue about drug development. It is just ego power and yes sir approach that wins. Employees are disjointed, employees have no clue where the company is going hence everyone is leaving. Poor HR benefits, HR is merely a puppet.
