Truly the worst place I have ever worked - do not work at this company.

- Compensated well - Able to work remotely

Cons

- Egotistical, out of touch leadership team - Zero communication across the company, every group works in silos with no unified mission or direction - Leadership does not value employee engagement - There was no "culture" to speak of - Extremely cutthroat environment with employees fired at the drop of a hat

there are no good reasons to work for this company.

Cons

owners hire their best friends to be part of the c-suite. C-Suite members are allowed to yell at, belittle, name call, LIE, and then when you go to HR, HR lies and says they will handle it and you are safe from retaliation, then do everything in their power to make you resign, or worse will fire you, even when you are a top performer. Take my advice, stay FAR away from this company, unless you want to be treated poorly and enjoy working 10-12 days, and weekends.

1) Read the glassdoor reviews from before 2023. 2)Read the glassdoor reviews on the culture and leadership of Pharmacyclics around 2011 3) Read "for blood or for money" by Nathan Vardi Multiple all of the above in intensity and severity several 100 times multi-fold
