The leadership is supportive and fun, and encourages you to be the CEO of your own role. You are encouraged to do the work you truly love and you're free to experiment and see what works. The goals and direction of the company are totally transparent, and everyone is working toward the same goal, which adds cohesiveness and is very motivating. The team is still small enough that you can see the direct impact of your work on the company. It's also a ton of fun!
