Pros

High flexibility, takes care of employees, diverse projects. Agile team flow, product management team has good communication with developers. A lot of cross-team communication.

Cons

Slightly lower compensation than market.

Pros

Everyone is super friendly - like a big family! These guys and girls will go out of their way to lend a hand if you need it, and they make work fun. Not to mention, everyone on the team is a rockstar, constantly crushing goals.

Cons

Long hours, but well worth it! Remote work can be difficult, but company makes a great effort to make remote workers welcome and included.

Pros

I love the people I work with. Never realized how important that is when you're trying to build a great company. My quality of life feels better than it ever has because I'm constantly surrounded by my kind of people who challenge me, share my sense of humor, and like to have fun. It makes the hard work enjoyable and fulfilling. There is a healthy, no-bullshit, hit your goals culture here. We set goals, and we hit them! That is why we are able to continue growing and awesome product and company.

Cons

Goals are a big deal here, so this is not a place where you sit back and twiddle your thumbs. But if you're a real Sumo, that's not your idea of a good job anyways.
