Worlds largest but lacks in a lot of depts

Worlds largest. Work isn't back breaking. Ability to move up but only under certain conditions

Cons

Lack of cross training. Lack of communication. Old school mindset limiting employee's instead of promoting and training them.

Monday - Friday and 40 hr. work schedule.

Cons

Management is horrible and very disorganized. There are a lot of mishaps that occur from improper planning, as well as not practice of good work and business ethics. My recommendations for anyone considering working at this company is to run for the hills.
