Pros

Middle management does try there best to make it a good job with what’s in there control. Most co-workers are pretty decent people.

Cons

Hr is offsite and completely useless. Put in my 2 weeks notice and got terminated that day and no one knew why, few bosses even said it was screwed up. Corporate has no idea how to run a 24/7 chemical plant and upper management is out of touch with hiring needs and currant cost of living and wages. Constant cutting of benefits and job perks ever since Sun bought the Newport plant.
