Hard and very dirty work

The manager is very rude, criticizes all the time and she is never satisfied. Also, when she teaches you new things she demands from you to do it 100% correctly when you do it for first time, and if you ask any questions she starts the criticism right away You are afraid to ask questions , so you don't improve yourself You over work every day, 9 hours is the typical They don't permit work from home at all The team members don't "hug" you, you never feel part of the team They determine (the manager) when you will take your days off based on the department's needs, so you don't basically take the days you really want Sometimes you are even criticized about the time spent on lunch break No personal time because you leave the office very late every day, and of course not at all work-life balance Extreme micromanagement Obviously not recommended
