Great pay, benefits and unlimited overtime. Pleasant coworkers.

Cons

Absolutely worthless, incompetent and patronizing management. Not proactive in the slightest, and not in a hurry to get anything done. Chad Peele and Mike Godsey stand out as the biggest duds. Felt amateurish compared to my experience in the stain/wood finishing industry. Miserable.
