Upper management is disconnected with actual needs of the park and employees. Price gouging. Questionable HR practices. Trend toward removing higher salaried employees and cutting staff.

I would have rated Sun at a 5 a few years ago however the oast few years it gone downhill. They have become very top heavy with everyone no being directors. The main office used to support the field but now there is no support. To many directors and VPs beating up on field team members. Sun still can't open its eyes and see they have bad apples but continue to watch managers walkout while undeserving RVPs get promoted or praised. Just like Rome, a collapse is inevitable.
