: Benefits and transportation facility. : good for those who are reap to benefits of their salary based on their past experience.

Cons

: limited exposure to insurance domain. : not much of a transparency between management and associates. : H.r dept. Really sucks.. its like they have hired a bunch of family members with no knowledge of h.r domain. : Growth opportunities for operations team member is not there. : no more a captive unit. : runs on cost cutting policy. : internal promotions are already decided within top level based on favouritism. : not a very good culture to be surrounded around.
