      Cons

      Limited opportunities outside of Waterloo/Toronto/Montreal; moreso if you are not bi--lingual.

      Basic amenities provided. Free food. Free cab service. Proper salary increment as per work done.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to work on Saturday if the work is more. Can be stuck in same position for years if you just do only the basic work.
