      Basic amenities provided. Free food. Free cab service. Proper salary increment as per work done.

      Cons

      Sometimes have to work on Saturday if the work is more. Can be stuck in same position for years if you just do only the basic work.

      Pros

      Other departments seam really great, and when speaking with other department leadership, they are flabbergasted how the FSC department is allowed to run the way it is.

      Cons

      Politics and egos of management limit company growth. Fingers always point out rather than in. Reference recent news about top five banks and sales practices.
