      Great company culture, at least at the site I was at. If the employee works hard, the company supports them.

      Cons

      Head office is in Boston, which has a subtle, but significant culture difference than the local service centre. Adapt to work with us, remember to include front line staff in thinking process.

      Cons

      Opportunities for advancement are very rare and when the opportunity does arrive, management does not support your interest. High employee turnover.
