      Mature processes, contributions to the community, reasonable compensation

      Cons

      Not enough opportunities to learn the business, little professional satisfaction. Manager takes little interest in your career and is very inflexible.

      Pros

      Wonderful company and people, very supportive. I enjoyed my time at Sun Life very much, it was a fun place to work. The local management really made it feel like you are part of a team, not working on your own. Even being in a sales position, everyone, including other Advisors, were very supportive in helping you grow your business.

      Cons

      Working on commission only was the hard part, it would have been nice to receive a small salary to keep you going when sales were slow.
