It is about what can be expected from a corporate insurance company culture and work long. They are flexible for remote work and or managing work/life balance; management is open and approachable, bonuses (if you exceed your performance appraisal) are decent, the systems are workhorses and outdated; however the company is currently working on integrating all the old systems into one system by the end of the year

Cons

huge workloads which sometimes makes it difficult to balance work/life time, pay could be better. Those that work very hard and handle their case loads and do special projects do not seem to get promoted while others that are not great workers get promoted and/or given many chances and are not let go.
