      Pros

      Great place to work. Management is very supportive in professional development opportunities. Many areas you can move around. Competitive pay. Great benefits. Great work-life balance. U.S campus has good amenities. Many employee resource groups.

      Cons

      Very minor: Office location is in the suburbs of Boston. Nothing to do out there. Much more focused on Canadian business growth than the U.S. Limited upward movement past a certain level.
