Good benefits, good vacation time
Cons
They have terrible management, people running the show when I was there had either no sales experience or no employee benefits experience. There was no such thing as an open door policy. Small fish, BIG pond feel. I will note there have been some management changes that I'm sure have resulted in a much better day to day feel since I left, but there's still a lot to be desired about the company.
