Pros
Great benefits (time off, medical plan, etc.); high prioritization on employee development and engagement; good involvement in community (volunteer opportunities, charitable giving); good growth mindset; frequent organizational restructuring means frequent opportunities for new roles.
Cons
Too much emphasis on bureaucracy and procedure which often delays innovation; promotions are hard to come by (to move up, you have to change roles)
