SL is a stable and conservative organization unfortunately without the agility to respond to market shifts. U.S. Leadership is very good and employee centric. High Level of expertise. The current U.S. leadership are driven and great communicators.

Cons

U.S. Leadership turns over on an average of every 3 years. Hopefully the current leadership remains through realization of the strategy. Canadian oversight and constant micromanagement inhibits growth in the U.S.- in my experience the focus on overly complex processes and not results which hinders alignment, decisioning and real progress. Technologies adoption must be brought into the 21st century if SL is to compete.
