      Sun Life is a supportive company with great benefits and diverse and inclusive work culture.

      Cons

      There are times where support is limited in IT or HR. It can be hard to find an answer to a specific question or communicate with someone who has an answer to the question. The HR and IT departments are pretty general and defer many questions to be answered online via Workday.
