The WORST company I have ever worked for...EVER!

None. Seriously none, After our small dental health and medical support company was bought out by SunLIfe, we were immediately given three times the work while not be allowed to claim overtime and told NOT to work overtime...but it was impossible to complete the work with the new deadlines. Also, staff was promised a raise that years later never materialized. Truly a terrible work experience.
Cons
Our small dental health and advisory company, where I had worked happily for 15 years. was bought out two years ago by SunLife and immediately our excellent management was removed and replacement with the most underhanded, untrustworthy and outright liars I have ever had the displeasure to work with. Over ten staff left the first year and only the most fearful and desperate staff remain. So sad that our 50 year old company has been completely ruined. Especially by a giant company that portends to support employee health but treats employees like expendable trash. Do NOT work here if you want to have any sort of work/life balance and stay sane. It is ironic this company claims to support improvements in health and wellness and does the exact opposite by their disgusting treatment of staff.
