Everything looks so planned to employee growth but real time no good for employees Too much of publicity on growth of company to employees and many meetings to show off which is not truth always

Cons

Lots of talks at high level management meetings and no transparency to employees No growth to employee and bad management decisions No good salaries and employee discriminations Layoffs when management decides without any notice or clue to employees
