Pros

The benefits are pretty good. Work from home is allowed and your schedule can be flexible if your job allows.

Cons

No career advancement - you will be doing the job of the higher band but not getting the title nor the pay. There is a disconnect between CEO & real life at the company.

Pros

- Benefits are great - People are really nice and it is like a family environment - one BIG family - HUGE DEI focus and as a member of the diverse population - it is appreciated. - Pay for me is super competetiive

Cons

- Lots of meetings. I am always in a meeting. They did create a no meeting Friday, but people rarely pay attention to it. - Work life balance can be very hard as my role is demanding, but the pro is it is rewarding. -

1. They pay (but not much) 2. If you are good at your job you will finish most of your work and relax while colleagues have a breakdown over the simplest daily tasks.

Cons

1. Clueless management 2. Colleagues that think there job is more complicated and has more responsibility than it really does.
