Pros

Best= vacation time is fair for new hire and benefits are good.

Cons

All work , no socialization. Disconnect between managers and director's. The employee suffers if not trained. No official training program, no cross training. Work is expected completed and right without guidance first. Senior management refuses change and growth. Old school. They hold back employees by enabling them with who they know. They give bad reviews and hand out impossible work loads with over exhausting goals.

Pros

If you have a good manager, you have a shot at being satisfied. Expect to have a manager that isn't really interested in seeing you exceed.

Cons

Little opportunity to excel. Goals are unattainable or not related to position. Management uninterested in recognizing employees that go above and beyond.
