Great work-life balance, bonus, and benefits
Cons
They promote people into management positions for the sake of a promotion but these folks are not empowered to actually manage. It's just a pay raise and title change with no real authority or real management skills. They also don't properly train new managers which could present a liability. It really seems like employees are just in a race to keep themselves relevant so they aren't caught up in the yearly round of layoffs.
